Comprehension Questions:
Which day of creation did God create the land and the plants?

Do you know how many stars are in the sky?  Can you count them?  God knows exactly how many stars are in the sky.

Book of the Week: 
 Mr. Brown Can Moo!  Can You? - This is just one of the many Dr. Seuss books.  Spend the week reading the fun Dr. Seuss books.

Mr Brown Computer Game - This may be too difficult for some 3-year-old children.
How to Teach Mr. Brown Can Moo!  Can You? - suggested activities during and after reading the story
Take a Sound Hike - although this activity is geared toward older children, there are many suggestions that can be done with 3-year-olds

• Always have the child point and count at the same time

• Calendar Activity - Here is an activity that would be a great start to each day to reinforce numbers, days of the week, and months of the year. 

• Foods to Learn From:

• Read
  God Gave Us You - a great book answering the question "Where did I come from?"
  You Are So Wonderful - a book about how God made each person unique
Who Made the World? - Part of the Little Blessings series, this book answers the questions that children have about the creation.

• Fine Motor Skill:
"Draw What I Draw" - With sidewalk chalk, have your child copy what you draw and then reverse.  Remember to start with simple lines and then progress to simple shapes.  Use colored chalk the corresponds with the colors in this lesson - brown, green, and yellow.  

• Gross Motor Skill:
Kicking - practice kicking a ball.  Start with a large ball and progress to a small one.  Set up a goal and take turns being goalie.
